My name is Diego Giusti, born in 1984, and I am a professional photographer based in Livorno, specialized in weddings and travel reports. For more than ten years, photography has been my work and my life. I live every day telling the most beautiful emotions through spontaneous and natural images.
In my work, as in the personal sphere, I love all those occasions capable of making me understand how much small daily pleasures are essential. So I often spend my free time with friends, eating a sandwich by the sea at sunset or listening to good music at a concert. Having people around me who know how to enjoy the moment, chatting and laughing or even observing the starry sky, makes me happy.
Photography is not my only passion. Curiosity pushes me to explore what I don't know. For years I have had incredible experiences with scuba diving, often in the crystal clear waters of the Island of Elba. I love diving to lose myself in a profound silence, an indescribable sensation that I already feel one meter underwater.
And then there are the travel, many of which took me to Africa, a place I am very attached to and where I often return for a large photographic project on local populations that I have been passionate about for years. I can still feel the calm atmosphere of the fiery African sunsets on my skin and I can't forget it. I was fascinated by that gigantic cultural and human heritage, an added value to my experience as a photographer and travel reporter.
I love learning, growing, challenging myself and always raising the bar. During the year, I also dedicate a good part of my time to training. Likewise, I am active in the world of photography, participating in various national and international competitions.
Numerous times I have been posted on Sposi Magazine. Twice, in 2022 and 2023, I was nominated among the finalists of the prestigious Siena Award. I am part of the photography project Atlas of Humanity, with some photographs exhibited at the 2022 collective exhibition in Milan. At the end of the year I will create the dream of a personal photography exhibition in Paris. Finally, I also dedicate myself to teaching the technique of photography, both as a Nikon teacher and a guide specialized in photographic trips and safaris.
For the more curious, looking for stories, there is one blog section which contains a lot of wedding-themed curiosities, with various ideas on the most beautiful locations to get married in Tuscany. Or you can write to me to get to know me better and understand what person I am. Not just a photographer, but a trusted companion on your most beautiful day.
